In acest proiect s-au realizat urmatoarele: la receptia pensiunii s-a realizat efectul Muro de la Giorgio Graesan, la restaurant s-au realizat efectele Cemento 3D si Oxital Ruggine de la Nikkolor, pe coridor s-a realizat efectul de beton Muro de la Giorgio Graesan, in camere s-a folosit Piatra Zen de la Giorgio Graesan, iar in bai s-a realizat efectul Cemento 3D de la Nikkolor.
